The Story
This coffee is grown at Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama, where the Carvalho family has been cultivating coffee for generations in Brazil’s lush Vale da Grama. Their team cares for trees planted as far back as 1956, growing coffee deeply rooted in heritage and thoughtful stewardship of the land. Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama is also home to a school that serves the children of farm workers—more than 300 students learn and thrive in this on-site community. The farm partners with Bourbon Specialty, an exporter known for working with exceptional farms throughout the region, ensuring quality, traceability, and meaningful long-term relationships.
