At Needmore, we believe great coffee starts with great relationships. We source 100% Arabica, specialty-grade green coffee from smallholder farms and cooperatives that prioritize sustainability, equity, and quality. While not all of our coffees carry certifications like Organic or Fair Trade, we work with trusted importers to ensure ethical, environmentally conscious sourcing. We roast frequently in small batches to bring out the best in every bean. You can buy our whole bean coffee at the cafe, select locations, or order online.

Custom Roasts and Blends
Custom blends and roasts are a wonderful way to commemorate special events. All orders are welcome! No order is too small or too large. Contact us with your blend requests and we will be happy to work with you to get the perfect coffee for your needs.
Cold Brew (bottled concentrate)
Cold brewed coffee is less acidic than hot brewed coffee so it doesn’t have that coffee bitterness. We use a special blend of South and Central American beans to make our cold brew concentrate. To consume, simply add equal parts water and concentrate to a glass over ice, then add any extras you prefer.
